An economist, lecturer, and author, she is a recognized advocate for pay transparency and equality. She has held leadership roles in academia and business networks, and has been actively involved in advancing equal pay initiatives across Europe.

Sadie Percell is a pay equity expert at Pihr, working with organizations to analyze, understand, and act on their pay data.
