About the webinar

With less than a year to go before the Pay Transparency Directive comes into force, employers must take decisive steps to align their remuneration practices with EU requirements. To support this transition, Wolf Theiss and PIHR, a provider of pay equity solutions, are hosting a series of webinars covering the Directive’s key compliance pillars.

From June 2026, organisations must be able to:

- Disclose salary ranges in job postings.
- Respond to individual pay transparency requests from employees.
- Report gender pay gap data and provide explanations for any disparities.
- Conduct joint pay assessments where the gap exceeds 5% and cannot be justified.
- Demonstrate objective, gender-neutral pay criteria.

The 2 upcoming sessions will feature Pihr - Pay Equity Software CEO Magnus Drogell and Wolf Theiss experts Ralf Peschek, Katarina Matulnikova, Ondřej Beneš and Berislav Drašković, who will address:

- What qualifies as “equal work” and “work of equal value”
- How to build compliant, transparent remuneration systems
- How to perform pay gap analysis and reporting under the Directive

Register for either of the remaining sessions:

16 September, 12:30-13:15
30 September, 12:30-13:15
