Pihr Sadie Percell and Magnus Drogell

Throughout her career, she has guided organisations in developing and executing compensation philosophies that align with business objectives. Her consulting experience spans executive benchmarking, salary structure design, career framework development, job architecture, incentive plan design, job evaluation processes, and gender pay gap analysis. This comprehensive approach has helped companies build compensation programs that are both equitable and strategically impactful.

Sadie began her career as a compensation data analyst, developing expertise in interpreting market data through statistical analysis, industry trends, and job evaluation methodologies. Traditionally, organisations relied on benchmarking to balance competitiveness with cost control. But in today’s fast-paced, high-growth environments, competitive pay has become a baseline expectation rather than a differentiator. To attract and retain talent, companies must now adopt a holistic approach that considers the full employee value proposition and overall experience.

In this context, fair pay is pivotal – not only from a compliance perspective but also as a key driver of brand reputation and trust.

Joining Pihr

At Pihr, Sadie will lead the development of our advisory and professional services, ensuring that clients receive not only market-leading technology but also the expert guidance needed to act on their pay equity results and broader pay strategies.

This combined approach is especially important as organisations prepare for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which will require both accurate reporting and concrete action plans.

Sadie shares her excitement about the new chapter:

I’m thrilled to join Pihr and contribute to a mission that truly matters. Building on my experiences at Aon and Neo4j, I look forward to supporting organisations in creating greater equity, a sustainable and engaged workforce, and future-ready compensation practices. – Sadie Percell, Head of Professional Services at Pihr
Fair pay is no longer just a compliance issue — it is central to attracting talent, building trust, and strengthening employer brands. Joining Pihr at this moment represents a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and help organisations navigate this evolution. – Sadie Percell, Head of Professional Services at Pihr
Sadie’s experience in rewards advisory, combined with her SaaS background, will be invaluable as we expand our professional services.
